Ash – ‘True Love 1980′ (Timothy Allan Remix)

With 18 Top 40 hits, Ash are one of the most successful ‘singles bands’ of recent times, consistently bothering our charts and airwaves with their distinctive, lovable and inventive pop. Rumor has it that they’ve sold over 8 million albums worldwide.

I’ve just completed a remix for the bands upcoming single “True Love 1980″, and what a treat it was. It turned out kind of retro with a definite 80’s feel, with bits that could be found in something along the lines of New Order/Depeche Mode/Pet Shop Boys.

This one just spent a month on the DMC charts topping at #11 on the DMC charts.
